You will be starting as a part-time member. But, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a rewarding career while upholding our 110% client satisfaction guarantee. If you are a person that is ambitious and are a star performer, business equity/ownership is also available. This is probably the most rewarding cleaning position you will find.
Responsibilities:
- Clean customers’ homes to our 5-star standards. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- You will earn top pay while earning tips paid in cash.
- Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Manage your schedule and drive safely to appointments.
- Maintain equipment and ensure supplies are well-stocked.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work as scheduled, alone or with a team with extreme reliability.
- Complete a full background check and provide work references.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical capability to perform housekeeping tasks, including light lifting and prolonged standing.
- Availability Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Benefits:
- Part-time start with the opportunity for full-time employment and benefits.
- Monday to Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.
- No federal holidays. For full time employees, occasional added holiday fully paid such as Black Friday, Christmas Eve, long weekend holidays.
- Comprehensive training program (2-4 weeks).
- Competitive pay starting at $13/hr. during training (2-4 weeks), increasing to $16/hr. after training, and $18/hr. for full-time status (35+ hrs. a week).
- Weekly car gas and maintenance allowances, paid holidays, vacation, and ONE fully paid day off on Wednesdays once a month! (For full time employees).
- Year-end bonus based on performance.
