In general, we clean 1,000 square feet in one hour for a regular cleaning. If its a deep cleaning, it takes 1.5 hours to complete.
Using this baseline, the following applies:
1,000 sqft = 1hr regular cleaning / 1.5hrs deep cleaning.
2,000 sqft = 2hrs regular cleaning / 2.5hrs deep cleaning.
3,000 sqft = 3hrs regular cleaning / 3.5hrs deep cleaning.
Etc.…
We customize your cleaning to your preferences. But please make sure you book enough time to complete the work. If you are not sure, its better to book more than what you may need than to book less.
In the event we need to go over the time you booked by more than 30mins, there is an additional rate that is charged by the minute at the rate of $2.08 a minute. This rate must be paid at the end of the cleaning via credit card, cash or check.
Our time estimates are about 95% accurate. But in the event we may go over, we have to limit the time to no more than 15mins. When the time expires, the team leader will let you know and that they will do their best to complete the work so not to go over the 15mins which will cause additional charges.
