Limits

WINDOWS

Our standard cleaning includes up to six inside windows. We do not clean the area between the bottom of the window outside and a screen (if applicable). That area is considered to be outside. If you have additional inside windows that need cleaning, please notify us at the time of booking. Additional charges will apply for any extra windows.

BASEBOARDS

Baseboard cleaning is included exclusively in our deep cleaning services.

Our Baseboard Cleaning Process

In many cases, a vacuum is sufficient to achieve a clean finish. However, when needed, we use a damp mop to remove dirt and dust that vacuuming does not.

Please note, we do not hand-wipe baseboards.

In certain situations, such as when baseboards have accumulated years of dirt and dust or require repainting, they may not be able to be fully restored through the cleaning process. Using harsh chemicals, which we do not supply, could potentially remove heavy stuck on dirt but also risks damaging or stripping the paint.

To avoid this and any associated repainting costs, we strictly adhere to our cleaning methods.  These practices are designed to protect your home or office while delivering a thorough and professional cleaning service.
